1. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.toughstaff.de the browser on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information are not stored in a so-called log file.

b) Newsletter or contact form

We abstain from using newsletters and contact forms

2. Transfer of personal data

Due to our measures on www.toughstaff.de  a transfer of your personal data to third parties is excluded.

3. Cookies

Except for Google Analytics (see point 4), we do not use cookies on our website. The protection of your personal identity has priority for us!

4. Analysis tools

The tracking measure listed below and used by us is based on article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. For statistical reason we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereafter “Google”). This interest is to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the DSGVO. In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and information (browser type / version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of server request) is sent to a Google server in transferred to the US and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage for the purposes of market research and customization of these websites. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data in the order. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with any other data provided by Google. The IP addresses are anonymized, so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking). 5. Social Media Plug-ins

We do not use social plug-ins on the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website for online and offline marketing activities.

6. Rights of persons affected

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with article 15 DSGVO. Furthermore, pursuant to article 16 DSGVO, to demand the rectification of incorrect or completed personal data stored by us and to request the deletion of your personal data stored in accordance with article 17 DSGVO. Further rights result from article 18, 20, 21 DSVGO as well as article 7 paragraph 3 and article 77 DSGVO.

7. Updating and changing this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid as of May 2018. As a result of the further development of our website and also due to the change of legal and official requirements, it may be necessary to change this privacy policy.
